Sorry this didn't help. Here is a screenshot from the screen in Word showing that I see the reviewer's name by a deletion, then a screen shot of the print screen with no reviewers name shown.
That is a problem as I want to send a pdf of the document showing which reviewer deleted what in the document. Disable the Remove personal information from file properties on save in Word Privacy Options can resolve your concern.
