Hi, I've had this Acer Laptop for about months now and yesterday I've been having Bluetooth issues. But whenever I reinstall intel drivers they don't appear in the device manager buletooth any other installed drivers do not appear in the device manager either AND automatically intel r wireless bluetooth r windows 10 for driver updates do not work so does the "browse my computer for driver intel r wireless bluetooth r windows 10 I've restarted multiple wkndows.

Also in Bluetooth settings it just says Bluetooth is off without any option to turn it on, iwreless I have been through the services. None of these methods has worked so far but I will try the media creation tool and update the thread above if it works but I do think that the BT adapter hasn't failed because every time I've restarted the Bluetooth turns on for about a couple of seconds before turning off or something. Edit: The BT drivers installed but didn't show up in the /26401.txt manager. Do you still have the same error in the Device Manager as you showed in wondows original post that the device couldn't start? This could mean it has failed. I gave many steps in my first post that would have checked over all of this, but windoss replied back that nothing worked within 30 minutes for steps that would take at least an hour.

Then you gave me a bad rating twice when I'd asked you to wait until I had the chance to help you. So I'm asking you now to go back and actually do all of the steps because they will prove if the adapter will start. If not then I showed how to obtain an inexpensive USB nano adapter to replace it. For all of this thoroughness - more thorough than anyone else would have come close to being - there is no intep and two bad ratings.
